Rezolvrizk was started by Michael in late 2014 to address a critical and growing need for access to professional expertise and resources to assist in the successful resolution of ever-present and continually increasing regulatory, security, and investigative risks.


Since that time, Michael has excelled at meeting this business need by partnering with dozens of clients and successfully assisting them in assessing, analyzing, and “rezolving” their risks with efficient and effective solutions. Michael’s experience, knowledge, and ability to bring out the “best practices” in people and organizations has transcended across numerous industries. Recent engagements have included financial, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, high-tech, start-ups, and even food defense.


Michael is a 27 year veteran of the corporate world of risk management, audit, fraud, security, HR, and investigations. He recently left Wells Fargo after a fourteen year career, where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Security Officer leading ten divisions of over 400 professionals who were collectively responsible for security and internal investigations at over 10K plus locations and for 280K employees located across the U.S. and in 36 countries. The divisions included; Employee Investigations, Internal Fraud Detection, Enterprise Services, Computer Crimes & Forensics, Physical Security, Security Project Management, Security Equipment Services, Executive Protection, Uniformed Services, and two 24/7 Corporate Emergency Response Centers.


Prior to Wells Fargo, he served in a variety of capacities and leadership positions for thirteen years at Bank of America.

He is a vetted member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants and the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety. He maintains certifications as a Certified Protection Professional, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional.

He has a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas / Arlington and an Executive Masters of Science Degree in General Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
